Aline has created initiatives from the "White Paper Phase" while implementing processes and procedures to keep pace with corporate visions by establishing structures and optimizing efficiencies. Aline is an expert in Transformation Leadership, Business Services, Not For Profits, Human Capital, Food Services, Trucking and Veteran Services.
She is a strong believer in life-long learning and has obtained the OSHA General Industry Card in April, 2020, the Produce Safety Alliance Train the Trainer License (FDA & USDA) through a joint partnership with Cornell University and the University of Illinois in December 2019. A Master’s Certification in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Managements Institute For Veterans and Military Families and The U.S. Small Business Administration in May, 2013; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in: Sustainable Organizational Development, Management and Training from DePaul University in March, 2013. She is a seven-year veteran of the United States Air Force; receiving the United States Armed Services Meritorious Service Award, a certified SDO MENTOR for sales and marketing from Profit Techniques, Inc. and a lifetime member of PHI KAPPA PHI Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society's respectfully.
She enjoys creating sustainable corporate and community initiatives that bridge the generational divide through innovate programs, situational leadership, workforce diversification and creative team building experiences.
Aline has additional expertise in Sustainable Farming, Sustainable Human Capital and Long Term Business Planning. Militarily trained to be a backwards planner with the expertise to review strategic plans, recommend foundational processes, budgeting, forecasting, people management, operations, strategy and leadership processes.
